Silver tetradrachm of the Bar Kokhba Revolt against Rome from 133 - 135 CE. Obv: facade of the Great Jewish Temple in Jerusalem with a star above and the Ark of the Covenant within. Rev: the lulav (a ceremonial bound bundle of twigs and foliage) with the inscription "Year 2 of the Freedom of Jerusalem" around the lulav. Probably minted in Jerusalem in 133/134 CE.Collections
